Join us at our beautiful new studio for a class meant to introduce you to the art of belly dance. We’ll give you a brief history of belly dancing, and put it into context and let you ask questions as we work through some of the basic isolations and techniques. We’ll also explain about the different styles and classes of belly dance that we offer at our studio.
This class is for having fun after a stressful work week. Bring a friend you’ve wanted to introduce to belly dance. No obligations, come check us out and see if belly dance is for you!
The class is open to all ages, sizes, and skill levels. Wear comfortable clothing; yoga pants and tank top are perfect. We dance barefoot (shoes are okay), hip scarves are welcome.
