ABOUT OMARIS

" When Omaris captivated the judges in Miami's high-stakes Belly Dance Professional Competition in 2009, her elegant mastery of trembling hips and soulful expression earned her 2nd runner-up laurels, surpassing an experienced field of internationals.  She simply states:  "Middle Eastern Dance is my passion."

Breathtakingly beautiful, she currently teaches different levels of modern Egyptian style when not performing in the Tampa Bay area and beyond.  Ongoing studies with recognized dance artists and her innate passion and charisma have garnered her an ever-growing fan base on Florida's west coast.  It is not uncommon for audience members to gasp and roar with excitement when she dances.

A natural born dancer who always dances from her heart, she is well known for her teaching method, her elegant movements and her passion.  An expert in the use of silk veils, she is noted for her whirling dervish-like command of the stage.  Whether the occasion calls for elegance, humor or audience participation, Omaris' adaptable and diverse dance menu can be professionally tailored for your next event."

Testimonials

Omaris -

Thank you again for all of your help!  When I started belly dancing last year, I thought of it as a fun exercise class.  Because of you I want to be a great dancer and work hard at improving and performing for many years to come.  I don't know if I told you that before, but I am very grateful for your inspiration and mentorship :)

Best,

Christina

"Thanks for being such an inspiring teacher!!!"

Cheri

“You are very sweet --- An incredible talent --- And an extremely compassionate human being. Whatever is going on in your life will serve as a gateway for something that will take you to new heights.
You are amazing! Thank you for all of the gifts that you share with all of us!”

Jayne Arrington

"You are so humble. Do you have any idea how you affect your audience?
Do you see how you inspire others? When the world discovers you it will be impossible to contact you. We will have to spend a lot of money to hear someone speak your name. Maybe that's why I gush now. You enhance ALL of our lives".
