Abby is a licensed and certified HoopGirl Workout instructor and President and Founder of Hoola Monsters, Inc.  She believes that hoop dance is a powerful practice that radiates positive energy throughout the body and mind.


As a transformational tool that has truly changed her life for the better, Abby is passionate about the overall health and wellness benefits of hooping. As a result, her personal mission is to share this passion with others.


Her teaching style is both playful and creative.  Abby's students can expect to learn the fundamentals of hooping in an energetic, fun and interactive class environment. 


In addition to teaching classes, Abby also performs with fire and glow hoops, alongside her hoop dance troupe, The Hoola Monsters.
